Welcome to the Indiana County Area SHRM (ICASHRM) - a SHRM Membership Superstar and Gold Award recipient. ICASHRM was formed to foster the professional development of the membership, to be a forum for the exchange of ideas, and to provide leadership for human resource concerns. ICASHRM provides a wide variety of resources to enhance the professionalism, competence and knowledge of its members. Indiana County Area Society for Human Resource Management (ICASHRM) is an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, the worlds largest association devoted to human resource management.
