    Presented by Luann Shock

Succession Planning: Is your Organizational Ready? starts from the 40,000-foot view and how it ties into an overall Talent Management Plan. Roles in Talent Management are discussed, leading to questions to prompt the audience in thinking about their own organizations and their strategies. We then drill down into actual Succession Planning and the closely linked Succession Learning and Development, followed with discussion on what “doing it right” looks like as well as the benefits. The presentation then moves into the actual process (technical, abilities, competencies, education and background) to a recommendation of including the topics of Learning Agility and Sustained Performance. Discussion follows on these topics and how they may be weaved into a good Succession Planning strategy. The presentation will conclude with a discussion on how to get started, as well as how to enhance an existing Plan. Participants will be encouraged to join in discussions and ask questions.
