February Chapter Meeting and Lunch Presentation with Brian Parks on: 'The Value of Clear, Proactive and Open Communication'.

Summary: We will identify less-effective strategies individuals typically employ to address poor performance/behaviors, and we will learn more direct approaches that will improve our communication and overall outcomes.

Speaker Biography: Brian Parks, BSN, NHA is the Exeuctive Director at St. Andrew's Village, where he has worked for the past 22 years. Brian oversees 22 salaried staff and 220 total employees, and serves over 200 individuals at St. Andrew's Village apartments, personal care community, nursing home and rehabilitation unit. Brian also serves as a volunteer in a number of community organziations including the Chamber of Commerce, Indiana Midday Rotary, The Chevy Chase Community Center, Saving Grace Church, and the Indiana County Endowment.
