Tammy Manko will be joining us on Friday, February 21st to discuss 'Change Management!'

Many organizations are facing challenging times in terms of workload and increased stress levels for employees. Change is the one constant in our lives. Some change is necessary and some is natural. Regardless, talk of change tends to increase stress levels even more. When organizations develop a better understanding of change and resistance to change while debunking the myths associated with change, they are more likely to move through periods of change with greater ease and success. This program will provide insight about change and managing change effectively through introduction of the Transition Management Model.

As the owner and founder of MeaningfulLife, LLC, Tammy Manko has experience and expertise in the areas of body language, leadership, career and workforce readiness, etiquette, positive psychology, relationship building, professional networking, and various professional development topics. She holds a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in English. Her day-gig is serving as the Director of the Career & Professional Development Center at IUP.
