Please join us on Friday, May 15th.  Joe Kopko will be discussing 'Mental Health Issues in the Workplace.'

Joe Kopko has nearly 20 years of experience proactively managing safety, risk, and employee health. Prior to joining HUB, Joe spent over a decade in private industry working with leaders in the manufacturing, distribution, and construction sectors. He was awarded the National Safety Council “Top 40 under 40, Rising Star of Safety”. He was also recognized by Indiana Uni-versity of Pennsylvania as an “outstanding young alumni”, for his work in the field of injury prevention and risk management.
Joe works extensively with employers to identify opportunities to preserve their workforce and implement the changes needed to improve culture and resiliency. With a focus on the “whole worker”, Joe tackles the hard conver-sations around workplace challenges like mental health, misaligned leader-ship, and adapting to an aging workforce. Joe is a published thought leader and regular speaker leading discussions on leveraging innovation and holis-tic risk management to establish sustainable companies.
He works cross functionally with employers and insurance carriers to trans-late what is needed to reduce costs and drive engagement, while improving the overall health of your organization. These focused, and deliberate ef-forts result in more informed underwriting, insurance premium savings, and financial predictability for your business and employees.
