Adam Primi will be joining us on Friday, June 19th to discuss the topic of "Agile HR."

Adam Primi is a human resources practitioner based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. He is passionate about designing effective solutions in the service of people, and has over sixteen years experience leading people and managing human resources across several industries and business environments. Adam is a SHRM certification instructor, conference presenter, and is SHRM-SCP and ICP-TAL certified.

This presentation will introduce the principles of AgileHR, an adoption of the flexible, fluid, and customer-focused mindset of modern tech companies to human resources management. Attendees will learn the theories and practical applications behind the Agile framework, showing how companies can do the following:
