    Melissa DeLuigi will be joining us on Friday, October 16th to discuss Mental Health!

    As the Behavioral Account Manager, Melissa is responsible for oversight and management for both integrated and standalone Employee Assistance Program accounts for the Mid-Atlantic regional segment.  She engages in client behavioral consulting, behavioral renewal and new business acquisition strategy.

    Melissa has been a part of Cigna HealthCare Team for the past 4 years. Melissa began her career at Cigna as a Behavioral Case Manager for chronic condition management. She worked with an integrated team to provide holistically 1:1 telephonic coaching to members around behavioral change to improve health outcomes. Prior to Cigna, Melissa counseled individuals, couples and families across the life span on a variety of issues in both agency and outpatient setting.

    Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She obtained her undergraduate degree at University of Pittsburgh. She received her master’s degree in counseling psychology, with a specialization in marriage and family therapy, from Duquesne University.  Melissa  is a  Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and  Certified Co-Occurring  Disorder Professional. 

    Melissa is an active member of  her professional community.  She is a member of the American Counseling Association and Pennsylvania Counseling Association.   Melissa also volunteers in the community as a board member for 3E Now, which promotes domestic violence awareness.
