    We will be meeting Thursday April 11 at 8:30AM at the Hilton Garden Inn. A continental breakfast will be provided. 

    This Month, Barry Wolfe, will share several years of research into surprising , often humorous and at time infuriating relationships between business and psychology. Barry will discuss how both sides have created a world in which psychology is not just ineffective at a meeting business' needs, but is actually in the way. Barry will share the opportunity HR has not just to avoid the problem in the future, but to be the catalyst for a new, potentially far more productive approach to the employment relationship.

    Barry Wolfe is President of Argos HR Solutions, LLC, a Human Resources Firm located north of Pittsburgh. He Provides clients with a range of talent-related solutions, including employment law compliance, leadership coaching & development, employee training, employee benefits cost control guidance and employee relations guidance. He is also the creator and presenter of several highly-regarded leadership programs customized  to specific learner grojups' needs.  

    Mr.Wolfe has over 25 years experience leading HR in public and private organizations of national and global scope. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University. He is also the author of the global best seller "The Little Black Book of Human Resources Management'.
