Session Summary: We know as HR professionals you have a lot on your plate. Whether you are recruiting, payroll, employee reviews or keeping up with benefits and general compliance…your work day is full. In this session, you will receive tips and techniques for making the best use of your time. The key learning objectives will be on: Goal setting, prioritizing work and best practices to organize and maintain your records.

Speaker Biography: Ms. Pastrick brings 40+ years of human resource experience. As a certified facilitator with AchieveGlobal, she has presented many leadership and change management programs. Michele holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from St. Francis University.
