    Jessica Lynch will be joining us on Friday, November 13th to discuss all associated with HR Investigations-101!

    About Jessica Lynch:

    Legal consultant, certified mediator, and executive advisor focused on creative problem solving for strategic initiatives and tactical matters involving people.

    ♦ PUBLIC INTEREST LAW: Director of initiative to develop pro bono program for legal aid service area. Building relationships to grow private attorney involvement services across a six county region. Improving access to justice for impoverished and underprivileged in civil legal matters.

    ♦ EMPLOYMENT LAW: Recognized expert and trainer in employment law. Considerable experience in adversarial matters, investigations, negotiation, risk management, mitigation and dispute resolution. Noted for ability to engage with executives, managers, and personnel at all levels to guide legal strategy and reach effective outcomes.

    ♦ PROBLEM SOLVING: Known for pragmatic approach and ability to get things done.

    ♦ MEDIATION: Certified in mediation.

    ♦ PUBLIC SERVICE: Engaged leader in professional organizations and public service. Frequent speaker for substantive topics, training, and at civic events. Providing pro bono representation in Family Court, particularly custody conciliation hearings.

    ♦ NONPROFIT: Dedicated volunteer and public speaker for causes involving naturalization, voter services, at risk children and food insecurity.
