This month, Dr. Tammy Manko will be presenting on: "Change Management: Debunking the Myths, Exploring Solutions As an organization grows and transforms, those within the organization face the need to manage change from various perspectives. Change is more feasible than many of us believe. It is possible to overcome the challenges related to organizational change when we best understand the associated myths. Once myths are identified and challenges acknowledged, an organization can empower its team members to lead in a manner that delivers an even better organization culture and elevated, effective productivity."

"Dr. Tammy Manko, Director of IUP’s Career Center and owner of MeaningfulLife, LLC, is an award-winning higher education professional serving in a leadership capacity with a few professional organizations and sharing expertise in the areas of body language and communication, professional networking, customer service, change management, etiquette, positive psychology, and various professional development topics. Tammy holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership, a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in English. She’s delivered presentations to various organizations/conferences, from the American Medical Association, Indiana Regional Medical Center, Affinity Health Services, and UPMC to SHRM associations, the Club Management Association of America, the WPA College Success Roundtable, CMU, PSU, and other organizations of all sizes. Tammy and her husband have three sons -- two graduates of IUP and one a graduate of Mercyhurst University. She enjoys time with family/friends, working out, writing, reading, and traveling.
