This month, Trisha Shearer, SHRM-SCP will be presenting on: "The Cost of Burnout: Burnout affects your people and your bottom line with high turnover and low productivity. According to Gallup, burnout is costing employers $3,400 out of every $10,000 in salary, because they are disengaged in their work. By addressing mental health in the workplace, you can increase your employees’ health, performance, productivity, and attendance, all contributing positively to your financial outcome."

"Trisha Shearer directs Webber Advisors’ Human Resources Compliance and Consulting Division. She is the primary client contact for the human resources consulting services offered by Webber Advisors in areas of Performance Management; Personnel Policies and Practices; Wage and Salary Administration; Affirmative Action and Employment Law Compliance; Salary, Benefits, and Employee Assessment Surveys. Trisha began her career in the community banking industry as a Human Resources Representative in 1997. She was most recently promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources prior to joining Webber Advisors as Vice President/HR Compliance and Consulting. Trisha attended Bucknell University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She earned her Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation in 2020. Trisha has over 23 years of hands-on human resources experience and recognizes the unique qualities of every organization from their mission and vision to culture and employees."
