We will be meeting Thursday February 8 at 8:30 AM at the Hilton Garden Inn. A continential breakfast will be provided.

This month Glenda Cribbs, an Education Advocate, and Sam Brunatti, Education Coordinator, from Alice Paul House will be presenting on "Respect at Work", which is an employee training program developed by Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect (PCAR) to help organizations prevent sexual harassment and abuse by developing work environments that are safe and healthy. PCAR’s and APH’s expertise in the areas of sexual harassment, abuse, and assault, has led to the knowledge that prevention is based in an environment that is healthy, safe, and respectful. The best approach to prevent workplace sexual harassment and abuse requires more than liability-focused training on definitions and policies. It requires shifting norms and changing behaviors within the workplace to create a culture of safety, equality, and respect. This customized training is designed to meet the specific needs of your workplace while protecting against behaviors that are experienced as disrespectful or harassing. APH experts excel in prevention education on all forms of sexual harassment, assault, and abuse. Our team can also ensure that your company’s processes and procedures are up-to-date with hands-on review of policies and collaboration with your Human Resources staff.

Glenda Cribbs has over thirty years of teaching in public and private schools, she is a mother of two children and enjoys traveling and reading.

Sam Brunatti has wenty five years in teaching and administration in public and private schools. He is a father of three children and enjoys officiating and the outdoors.

The education department at Alice Paul House, annually, delivers programs to over 4,000 students and promotes APH services for adults and children at dozens of community events throughout Indiana County.
