We will be meeting Thursday March 11 at 8:30AM at the Hilton Garden Inn. A continental breakfast will be provided.
This Month Dr. Jim Kinneer, PhD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CBP, CCP, Acc, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from Indiana Regional Medical Center will be presenting on Rising to the Challenge: Best Practices of HR Leaders.
This session will engage participants in a thought-provoking and interactive exploration of effective leadership practices and how they can be applied in Human Resources to address real-world challenges.
Dr. Jim Kinneer has worked in Human Resources for over 25 years as well as serving as an adjunct faculty member at several colleges and universities. As a life-long learner, he has pursued his own education and professional development journey including two master degrees and doctorate from IUP as well as becoming an IFC Certified Coach. Jim's latest endeavor is becoming actively involved with Toastmasters International at both the club and district levels. Jim enjoys supporting, encouraging and mentoring other HR professionals and leaders to achieve their best self.
