Sarah Kitchen has been in the field of Human Resources for 15 years after earning her bachelor's degree in Employment and Labor Relations from IUP. During that time she has worked in HR for several industries to include, manufacturing, oil & gas, energy production, EH&S consulting and now most recently within the Biopharmaceutical consulting industry. Sarah works with a 100% distributed workforce of over 265 employees spanning over 12 countries.
