Kindness: It’s Not “Just Business”
Through interactive participation throughout the presentation, the speaker will engage thought and heart in attendees through communication of what kindness entails and how organizations can benefit to retain employees using this strategy. This presentation will guide participants on a journey of kindness, how to apply it in their day to day life and in business, using kindness as a retention approach and how that can alter everyone's view of their organization.

Laci Jansure has nearly 10 years of HR experience at various levels and in various industries, with a focus on recruitment and retention. Laci has recently been named the Director of Recruitment for The McKenny Group, focusing on direct hires and building relationships with new clients. She has also taken over ownership of her family's business Gert's Enterprises and has learned through working alongside her parents the payoff of applying kindness as a business strategy.
