Please join us on Thursday, May 8th, at 8:30 am for our May ICASHRM Chapter Meeting! We are excited to welcome our Speaker, Rhonda Parkhurst.
Rhonda Parkhurst is a certified Psychological Safety Practitioner, Organizational Consultant and Learning and Development Facilitator, dedicated to bridging business strategy with people strategy. As the founder of The People Centered Organization, LLC, Rhonda developed the Purpose, Vision, and People model—a transformative approach that aligns organizational goals with the needs and strengths of its people. Guided by the advisement of Dr. Miranda Ralston, Organizational Psychologist. Rhonda emphasizes that a business strategy is only as strong as the people who bring it to life. Her work helps leaders and HR professionals foster environments rooted in psychological safety, trust, and engagement, empowering teams to act decisively and purposefully. With her guidance, organizations achieve sustainable success by creating cultures where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to drive meaningful results.

This presentation will explore how Predictive Index’s Behavioral Assessment (BA) provides HR leaders with powerful insights to support strategic decision-making.
