Kris Levan, Chief Marketing and Experience Officer

Kris has been having fun managing people and projects for more than 25 years in areas like strategic marketing, corporate communications, news media, brand management, customer experience and community engagement.

Following her 1997 graduation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor or Arts in Journalism, Kris worked in the advertising department at The Indiana Gazette before taking her first marketing position at Indiana-based Keystone Rehabilitation Systems which grew to be part of Physiotherapy Associates, the nation’s second-largest physical therapy provider. Kris managed the national marketing team for Physiotherapy Associates until 2009.

In 2010, Kris took an Assistant Vice President position in First Commonwealth Bank’s marketing department and in June of 2015, Kris was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Today she leads a team of marketing and communications professionals as Senior Vice President of that department and is responsible for media planning and buying, branding, digital and social media, community engagement, customer experience, data marketing, financial education and corporate communications, new media
and publica relations.

Within the community, Kris is the Vice President of the YMCA of Indiana County board of directors and chairs the Board Governance Committee. She also serves on the board of directors for the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce and is a part of the Marketing and Membership Committee.

Kris lives in Indiana, PA, with her husband, Jason; their daughters, Sarah (15) and Emma (21; currently a Senior at Penn State University); and Boxer dog, Clark Griswold.
 

Katie Rescenete, CFMP Digital Marketing Manager

Katie Rescenete, is the Digital Marketing Manager for InFirst Bank – a small community bank that prides itself on putting people first. With 12 years of experience in the banking industry, she brings both expertise and heart to her work, creating strategies that strengthen customer relationships and highlight the bank’s commitment to the communities it serves.

Katie’s dedication to community extends far beyond her career. She serves on the United Way of Indiana County Board of Directors, where she also chairs the Nomination Committee and contributes as a member of both the Community Impact Committee and Allocations Committee. She is a long-standing member of Quota, where she was recently named President-Elect, and she gives her time as Secretary of the Indiana Lacrosse Board. She believes that true success comes from lifting others up, and that passion is what fuels her both professionally and personally.

But what really defines her brand is heart. Whether she’s serving her community, leading a team, or cheering the loudest for her two sons, Landon and Logan, alongside her husband, Mike. Katie shows that branding yourself isn’t just about titles or roles. It’s about living your values every day and letting your passion speak for itself.
