Please join us on Thuresday, February 12th as Jim Kinneer explores how innovative thinking can elevate HR’s strategic impact, enhance employee experience, and solve persistent organizational challenges. Participants will learn practical tools to unlock creativity, challenge assumptions, and reimagine core HR functions through a fresh lens.
Jim Kinneer, PhD, serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Mountains Health, which includes IRMC, ACMH Hospital, Punxsutawney Area Hospital, and affiliated practices. He also holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at IRMC, where he has served since 1989. A proud IUP alumnus, Jim earned his undergraduate degree, two master’s degrees, and his PhD from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His credentials include SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, and Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Foundation.
