Sarah Ramer is Vice President of Human Resources for The Reschini Group and Evergreen Insurance. She has been in HR 16+ years and has been an ICASHRM chapter member for more than 10 of those years. Having just started a Professional Development Book Club in her workplace, Sarah will be presenting on a book she believes provides insight that every organization should get in front of their leaders: Digital Body Language, written by Erica Dhawan.
